Here’s a tip about the power of listening to your customers
Write down the names of 3 people in your life who you think are the best listeners that you know: if you can't think of 3 try for 2 or even 1.
Now ask yourself, are any of the names you have written of people you don’t like?
The answer will probably be “no”
Now ask yourself, are any of the names you have written of people you like, respect and (even maybe love)?
The answer will probably be “yes”
So, if you want your customers to like, respect (or even maybe love) you, be a good listener for them
Sometimes it's the simplest things that can make the biggest difference
